The British actress -- Billie Piper -- who is set to marry fiancé Laurence Fox in a local church on the Cowdray Park Estate on December 31, wants local officers to act as security at the ceremony.The 25- year- old actress held talks with police in Midhurst yesterday to finalise the arrangements.
One local fumed: "For someone with so much money, it's surprising she wants to use police resources rather than hire her own security team."
Former 'Doctor Who' actress Billie has reportedly turned down multiple offers from various magazines to cover her wedding because she wants it to be "an intimate affair".
Billie's exhusband, DJ Chris Evans, will be among the guests.
