Christina Ricci Discuss Rape with US Congress

Christina Ricci is the new national spokesperson for RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual assault organization. (RAINN = Rape, Abuse and Incest, National Network).




The Black Snake Moan star, will head to Washington D.C. this month (May07) to meet members of the US Congress as a spokeswoman for the Rape, Abuse and Incest network.
Ricci admits child abuse "enrages her" and is determined to do all she can to highlight victims' plights. She will present Congress with ideas on how to raise awareness of the issue later this month.
